Terms of Use

1. Operator

Villa Manager is provided by Mykyta Tkachenko, Cyprus.

2. Purpose of the service

Villa Manager helps authorized users of a private villa conduct inspections, assign and complete tasks, report issues, add comments and photos, review activity history and receive operational notifications. It is not a public platform, a website account portal or a service for general public use.

3. Accounts and access

There is no self-registration. Accounts are created or invited by an authorized administrator. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and promptly tell an administrator or support if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not transfer an account to another person.

4. Roles and permissions

Available data and actions depend on role, membership and permissions. A user may work only with the villas, tasks, issues and features to which access has been granted. An administrator may change a role or suspend or end access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the application only for authorized villa operations and not to:

• circumvent access controls or obtain another person’s data;
• upload unlawful, harmful or irrelevant material;
• add photos of people or personal information without a necessary and lawful reason;
• disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized reverse engineering or run automated attacks;
• impersonate another user or falsify operational history.

6. Operational records and photos

You are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of tasks, issues, comments and photos you add. By adding content, you confirm that it may lawfully be used for villa operations and permit it to be stored, displayed and processed as needed to provide the service.

7. Notifications

The application may send push notifications about tasks, issues, status changes and other operational events. Delivery depends on device settings, network availability and Firebase Cloud Messaging and is not guaranteed to be error-free or immediate. Do not rely on the application as the sole channel for emergencies.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or error correction. Features may change as the application develops. Critical actions should be confirmed through an appropriate backup channel.

9. Intellectual property

The application, design, brand and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the application only within your authorized access.

10. Suspension and deletion

Access may be suspended or ended when a relationship with the villa ends, at an authorized administrator’s request, for security or following a breach of these terms. You can request deactivation and deletion using the account deletion page. Some minimal or de-identified operational and audit records may be retained.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” The operator is not responsible for indirect loss, delayed notifications or decisions made solely from incomplete application data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory user protections. Contact support@autodrive.cy with questions.
